It's been a while since I've actually colored and or drawn anything in Flash. So if I'm going to hit my first target then that means lots and lots of concept sketches and mucking around in Flash.

In order for my creative juices to start flowing I always have to see something I've sketched just about finished and colored...dunno why it has just been that way for me. Or maybe because your in Flash you just naturally gravitate to that next step....who knows.

I've posted a picture of some Marvel-esque character that I whipped outta my arse and slapped some flat colors on. I'd would have loved to spent the time adding shadows, highlights etc but I have to force my self to deal with flats for now or my film will take ages FBF.

Anyway, I'm planning on at least finishing a character a day (starting today ) complete with a digital model sheet. I figure if I push at that rate I should meet my 12/30 deadline. Now the question is well they have any color??

Based on the image below it looks like I'm going to have to do a lot more rough sketches before I actually make the first character...damn I'm rusty :(
